Kaffeelix was founded in 2012 by Felix Teiretzbacher - simply out of the desire to roast coffee himself for his Cafe Bar Cimbalino in Krems (since sold). He likes to drink all kinds of coffee, the main thing is that you can taste the terroir!
Kaffeelix are particularly proud that Felix won the first Austrian roasting championship, organized by SCA Austria , in October 2019 and was able to gain further experience at the roasting world championship in Taipei.
Felix was able to defend the title at the SCA Austria Roasting Championship 2022 and can therefore call himself "SCA Austria Coffee Roasting Champion" for the second time in a row. This time he won the world championships in Milan at the end of June.
