LIPPE is a small coffee industry with a focus on raw material, burning process and knowledge.
LIPPE was developed by Pia and Alexander von der Lippe, both with education in chemistry and biology. By understanding the basic biological and chemical processes from berries to pre-burned coffee, LIPPE can therefore offer excellent raw materials processed under optimal circumstances. The customer is constantly assured that LIPPE coffee keeps the same high quality and taste profile over time.
