Bonanza is a cafe and roastery in Berlin found in 2006. Their roasting idea is to show the orignial characters of the green beans they sourced and highlight what makes a coffee distinct. They use Probat UG 22kg to roast it as little as possible and fully develop all flavours. The resulting cup should be clean, clear and pure, free from tastes that are produced by the roaster itself.
