Audun Sørbotten, 2015 World Coffee Roasting Champion, founded his coffee roastery Audun Coffee located in Poland in 2014. His aim is to promote the Norwegian style of enjoying coffee: a light roast, to optimize the unique characteristics in every bean.
Before owning his own roasting business, Audun worked at Solberg & Hansen for 8 years and learnt to work professionally with coffee. He also investigated and develop roasting theories with his chemistry background. He suggested to cup every roast as a good coffee roaster must taste everything.
